Tim Ferris, already a #1 New York Times best selling author with the '4 Hour Week' collection of books is back with a 600+ page tome which includes something for everyone.
It is a collection of 'Tactics, routines and habits of billionaires, icons and world-class performers'. There are way too many to list here but household names include Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Marc Andreeson, Tony Robbins...Basically, its full of individuals who have reached the pinnacle of their respective 'careers'. This is what they do on a daily basis from the books they read to the food they eat and words of wisdom.
The book is split into three main parts: Healthy, Wealthy and Wise. It's not a difficult read at all, but you will find yourself skipping pages in areas as there are some parts which we found may not be easy to implement into ones lifestyle (E.g. experimenting with psychedelics albeit in a controlled environment!).
Overall, there are many takeaways which can be incorporated fairly easily, from nutritional and fitness tips to simpler actions such as smiling!
